The website is affiliated to Delta.com. It is a new website called DeltaNet. The website is established for employees, retirees, business partners and friends in Delta. When you enter the website, you may find that they have divided all their services into three categories, which are for three different users, that is, DeltaNet employees and retirees, those non-employees in Delta and business partners. 

After you click the portal for DeltaNet employee and retirees, you are able to see whether your session is finished. If your session has not expired, you are able to get the information and business-related processes for Delta employees and retirees. You never need to worry that the information will be given away because they provide all their users with the most secure way to get the information. All the information is only available to the authorized users and once you want to log on to DeltaNet, you are supposed to agree with some stipulations. You can see the specific contents of these stipulations on the website by yourself. 

If you want to log on, you are required to use your Delta passport credentials. If you are not quite clear about the procedure, you are able to turn to the page of “Delta Extranet help” for assistance. They may tell you how to use your Delta passport credential in a specific way. First of all, you need to select the option on the home page that best identifies your relationship to Delta. Then you need to use your Delta passport credentials to log on. You need to provide your user ID and the right password. The User ID is 9-digit PPR number and your password is supposed to be at least eight characters with at least one uppercase, one lowercase and a number.
